A small journey that tells a bigger story

Our Four-Legged Explorer

Mila

Her path inspired a new idea that brings people together through something simple and close to the heart.

She came to Berlin with her own cross-border story and brings a warm, playful touch to our work.

Mila’s Story

The move across borders marked the start of a new chapter — different, but deeply meaningful. Berlin was new and loud. Traffic, sirens, crowds, unfamiliar sounds.
Mila did not suddenly become a city dog. She is still careful. Still alert. She prefers forests, quiet streets and time outside the city.
And that is part of her story too.

Mila was born in Yorkshire, England. She grew up surrounded by open fields, quiet paths and long walks through nature.
Later, her life changed.Agata brought Mila to Berlin, where she became part of the Berliner Zinner family.

Mila’s Story

This is where she found her home with Daniel and his family. She settled into the city quickly. New smells, new routines, new people.
Like many who moved to Germany, she had to find her place in a new world.

She spent her early months in the countryside, running through fields, chasing birds and learning how to be brave.
Then her life changed. She travelled across Europe, crossed borders and arrived in Berlin.

Her story is simple, yet it carries the same spirit we talk about every day at Berliner Zinner:

movement, curiosity and the wish to belong somewhere

Mila and Mobility

When Daniel looked at Mila’s journey, he saw something familiar.
A small version of what many people experience when they start a life abroad.

New language

New streets

New home

It is about creating comfort and building a new life step by step

And somewhere in all of that, the hope that everything will work out.
Mila shows that mobility is not only a professional topic.

It is emotional

It is also personal

About Daniel and Mila

Over time, she became more than a pet. She became a symbol of the human side of people mobility.
Not the processes or the rules, but the small moments that make a place feel like home.

Daniel and Mila spend a lot of time together. She joins walks through Berlin, greets guests at home and lies next to his desk when he works.
She listens to meetings, joins family trips and watches the world with curious eyes.
